Cape Town Garden Route is the spectacular stretch of coast lines across the country’s southeastern edge. Stretching all the way from Mossel Bay to Stormsriver, the route comprises impressively beautiful scenery characterized by rocky promontories, dramatic valleys and sweeping sandy beaches. Have an experience of both Mountains and Oceans, in their magnificence along the garden route. Cross the two mountain pass into the hot dry Karoo. A trip to the town of Wilderness, the most interesting sight on every garden route tour, on the following days you will visit Kynsna, Tsitsikamma National Park, Jefferys Bay and Oudtshoorn.
On a Cape Town Garden Route Tour daily you will appreciate a combination of guided tours and activities, as well as free time for free sightseeing. A Canoe ride through the waters of Wilderness National Park, and explore Tsitsikamma National Park’s forest paths, the Cango Caves and an ostrich farm. Spend time at leisure in the spectacular town of Jefferys Bay, and explore the vibrant, small town of Oudtshoorn freely.

Cape Town Garden Route Activities Includes:
Day 1. Oudtshroom.
Cape Town Garden Route Tour takes you on a drive to Bloukrans to spend the morning at its attractive bridge. Standing 709 feet above the Bloukrans River, Bloukrans Bridge is the ideal place to face your fears with a bungee jump which is optional (own expense) and be amazed by watching the adrenaline junkies as they bounce through the air.
Once you have got your breath back, spend the afternoon at Jeffrey’s Bay for a swim in the sea or a walk along its beautiful white beaches. There is even the chance for you to try surfing (own expense) in one of the most world famous surfing area.
Arrive at Oudtshoorn, where you will spend your evening at leisure, perhaps checking out the town’s nightlife and restaurants.
Day2. En Route to Knysna.
We will leave early and drive to the Wilderness National Park for a two hours’ canoe ride through the park’s waters, following the lead of your activity guide. When you have finished canoeing, we drive to the lively town of Kynsna with a guide, walk to the Kynsna Heads; the two striking sandstone cliffs flanking the mouth of the Kynsna lagoon against the crashing waves of the sea. After touring this stunning geological site, you will have time for lunch at your own expense.
Day3. Tsitsikama and Plattenberg bay.
A drive to Tsitsikamma National Park to experience indigenous plants and forest, deep river gorges and beautiful coastlines. Here you will enjoy a two hours guided walk along its shady forest paths. Your evening is spent at leisure in the famous Jefferys Bay an hour drive from Tsitsikama area.
Day4. Mosselbay.
A drive to the coastal town of Mossel Bay where you can explore its golden beaches at leisure, discover Bartholomeu Dias museum. The old post office, then heads back to Cape Town in the afternoon.
